Position Title: Agency Support Specialist
Job Description: Supporing Agency Goals and service existing clients’ insurance needs while supporting the Sales Agents at our Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge Twp location.
Job Duties: General customer servicing such as taking payments, processing claims, reviewing and recommending coverages, policy changes, household retention, and building quotes with multiple insurance carriers.
Job Requirements: Property & Casualty Licensed, Basic Computer Knowledge, ability to multi-task, customer service skills, responsible for achieving a set monthly service goal. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
