Hello, I am looking for an office assistant.
The candidate needs to be very proficient in QuickBooks and have good cognitive skills.
This is a detail-oriented position. Along with Quick Books responsibilities which include A/P, billing, invoicing, banking etc , the job requires putting presentations together, researching for promotional products, office management, and vendor and customer relations. I am looking for someone who is pro-active in getting projects done. There is room for growth and selling opportunities as well.
This is a printing broker business. Any experience with printing would be a plus.
It is a part-time position with variable hours. Some work can be done from home and some requires to come in the office.
