Yoga for Beginners Workshop

Have you always wanted to try yoga but are intimidated to jump right into a class? Have you been practicing for a while but want to get back to basics and make sure that your foundation is strong?
In this work shop we will cover the basic yoga poses with modifications as needed, diaphragmatic breathing, and end with a guided meditation. We will cover the basic definition of yoga and how it can help us in our daily lives; physically and mentally.
You don't need a mat, we have plenty. Wear loose comfortable clothing (no lululemon required!)
