Wouldn't it be nice if people had their needs written all over them?  What if you knew exactly how to interact with the most difficult person in your workplace (or family!) and how to motivate the most relaxed person...would that make life easier? 

Lori Gorrell, Certified Professional Development Coach, will help you learn more about your own workstyle preferences and priorities - the things that make you tick and the things that make you ticked-off - and how to use that information to create an excellent experience at work. Equally as important, you will learn how to relate to and understand the people that aren't like you, that have different workstyles that you may find frustrating. 

This is a FUN, packed full of information, interactive workshop that will bring new meaning to the letters D, i, S and C!
 
There will be pre-work necessary, (you will be getting a FREE DiSC Workstyle Assessment!)

Register EARLY and then pick up your access code for the free DiSC assessment at the October 15th Red Key monthly meeting. 

This particular workshop will be for new DiSC participants.
